Biography

Prof Kazim Yalcin Arga is a Professor in the Department of Bioengineering at Marmara University Istanbul Turkiye with extensive expertise in systems biology metabolic engineering bioinformatics computational biology and next generation sequencing NGS data analysis. He has an academic background in Chemical Engineering from Bogazici University and has held academic and leadership positions at Marmara University and the Health Institutes of Turkiye TUSEB. His research contributions span multidisciplinary applications of computational and systems level approaches in biotechnology and biomedical research. With 265 publications and more than 4400 citations he has made significant contributions to the scientific community through research and academic collaboration.
