Biography
Dr. Alia Shamikh is a consultant pathologist at Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm, specializing in neuropathology, molecular pathology, and breast pathology. She is the Swedish reference pathologist for pediatric CNS tumors and has extensive expertise in integrated histopathological and molecular diagnosis of CNS tumors. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Karolinska Institutet, focusing on multi-omic profiling and liquid biopsy approaches for precision medicine in CNS tumors.
